Hello Omicron Chapter Members,

I wanted to let you know the induction ceremony for the new members joining the Omicron Psi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau is Tuesday 3/31/26.
The ceremony will be in Carter Hall on the University of Southern Indiana (USI) campus.
Pre-registration is 3:30pm to 4pm.
Induction Ceremony is 4pm to 5pm.
At this time we have approximately 20 new members joining the chapter and attending the ceremony, and we have about 10 new members joining but not attending the ceremony.

Please attend the event and help us celebrate the new members.

1.5 Contact Hours will be Offered

Snacks will be Provided by Omicron Psi

You do not have to be a member to attend this education event.

Hello Omicron Psi Members,

I wanted to send out a few announcements:

We will not be participating in the Evansville, Indiana HALF Marathon & The 5 Miler - Sat, Oct 4 2025  hosted by the YMCA.

Unfortunately, the chapter did not have enough members to volunteer to run a water tent at the marathon.

We are still trying to decide on a fundraiser. The sub-committee is looking at t-shirts, long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirt jackets.

USI is hosting a virtual healthcare educator conference on 10-31-25 from 0800 to 3:40pm.

Hello Omicron Psi Chapter Members,

I hope you all have a great weekend and can enjoy the labor day holiday. 

We will have a short meeting on Tuesday 9-2-2025 to discuss how the chapter will participate in the Evansville, Indiana Half-Marathon on October 4, 2025. During the August chapter meeting we discussed members could potentially participate in providing a water station for the marathon runner and/or chapter members could participate in the actual event.
